Continuing with episode 2: Desert Horse.
Here, the video shows what happened from the girl's perspective. Somehow, even though they are apart, the two can still communicate. The girl seems to know that the boy is looking for her.
Regarding the lyrics, the songwriter shows anger toward something, perhaps an argument or a disagreement. She seems to have run away from home, from her family and from everything she knew. There is a feeling of revolt, but also signs that this revolt is beginning to change.
At one point, a scream says "I have cried also". Maybe this is the moment when she starts to remember that she is not the only person suffering.
Some parts of the song in French may also point to this:
Mon amour, je saigne toujours Mes sentiments meurent Et la nuit, j’en rêve aussi
Je voudrais mourir Mais viens le jour Je rêve toujours Et la lune répond
By the end, the lyrics seem to suggest some kind of recovery, as if anger begins to lose strength and make room for something else.
